Handling system
The handling system for supplying the solar cells consists of a round plate, which is equipped with six magazines. Each of the magazines is individually adjustably in size and inclination. Thus solar cells of most different sizes can be processed without complex reequipping. Our newly developed grabbing system, which works with suction and prevents a sticking together of the individual cells, we reach cycle times of approx. 4 sec. instead of the usual 6 - 8 sec..
Vision system
In this step the individual solar cells are centred and examined afterwards with a vision system for fixing and damage. Incorrect solar units are segregated automatically and removed on a conveyor
