Soldering unit

Here the individual cells are soldered to larger units with soldering strips. Each cell is soldered doubly, i.e. from the top and the bottom. One importantly thing here is the advantage that it is not solder through the cell but on both sides separate. Furthermore the cells get preheated by two heaters before the soldering starts. Large material stressing is prevented by this preheating solution. Soldering from both sides as well as the careful soldering way with preheating guarantees a substantially smaller scrap rate.
